We are fostering a couple of homeless Schips right now, and they are doing well, but one of them...

He's a challenge! We cover his kennel to keep him from bouncing around, and I have to keep him on a short leash outdoors. We have done this before with two other dogs, and we will not be complacent with him. He's a pretty sweet little guy. He was taking antibiotics and lost his appetite, and I had to hold him in my lap and spoon-feed him. The things we do for pets! When he gets a clean bill of health both dogs will be adopted out to some lucky family.
