Tuesday Torque: Do You Want To Go To Rollag? 600 Reasons
This 600 Horsepower Snow engine is one of the wonders you will see at the Rollag, Minnesota showgrounds. Next Labor Day, the 150 HP Case Road Locomotive will also be featured. Thank You, Merle!

Very nice video, no annoying and overly loud music, and the videographer keeps the camera reasonably steady.
On the other hand, find that squeak and get some lube in there.
It's squeaking with every other stroke, so it is a component that moves at half the stroke speed and it should be easy to find and fix.
Rough and Tumble Engineers in Kinzers, PA, has a very similar Cooper engine.

(and no squeak!)
When the Cooper was running I got close to it and put my hand on the side, no vibration that I could feel, and it was amazing to see something that large running like a fine watch.
John again. On the other hand, the squeak could be a seal that only squeaks when it is under the compression stroke pressure, or the exhaust stroke vacuum.
And maybe it has been fixed by now!
It has a harmonica quality.
Well, yes, but I'm thinking it's specifically reminiscent of Charles Bronson's harmonica playing in the movie, "Once Upon A Time In The West."
