The Bard's 250th birthday is coming up on Sunday, so practice up on your poetic recitations, buy a supply of really old Scotch, and gather your ingredients for a haggis.
We have never tried to make a real haggis, but Dear Wife makes a pretty good meatloaf with both cut and rolled oats. We really don't have an appetite for lungs, liver, and all that. But we do celebrate with a few poems.
Aw. . Damn,. . used the last sheep's stomach last week.
ReplyDeleteI could probably come up with a drop of Scotch. I feel another train post coming along.
