This Stainless 22/45 Hunter (2007) is just like one that resides in our gun safe, so I can vouch for it being a first class .22 pistol. These 22/45's will fit in a holster for 1911's, and ours is on my hip when I am out and about the homestead. The pistol Ruger is selling this week was sent out for T and E, so it has a few rounds through it, and it is wearing an Aimpoint sight that wears a bigger price tag than the Ruger.
