Meat Space?


                                                               Back To The Old Grind!

  1. I have and use my Grandfather's old Climax #50 made by L.F.& C in New Britain, CT. It still has its original finish and all the parts. I remember him setting it up on the edge of the kitchen table to grind up leftover ham on Easter. Ham is what I use it for now. I clamp it to the edge of my stone countertop, and use two small pieces of rubber firehose to protect the countertop and keep the grinder from slipping. That thing works great and is very easy to clean.

  2. I would only use one of those grinders if I was feeling, wait, ............., cranky! :)
