I don't think I'm going to give up my electric car starter anytime soon.

I did notice that there are jam nuts on the connecting rod bearing housings. And because it's a pet peeve of mine, I noticed they aren't correct.

Much the same as wire rope clamps. There is a right way and a wrong way.

Poured a lot of wire rope sockets in another life. Seen many wire rope clamps wrong, too!
