It does not hold as much as our old canner, but this summer the digital canner is a life saver. Susan has kept it busy while she recovers from hip surgeries, and the smaller batches fit the garden produce this year. She punches in the pressure and time, and then just has to listen for the beeps when the machine is done. Someone has to stay with the old one continually from start to finish. Susan has nearly filled all the available jars, and I have had to scrounge in the barn for more.

We don't have a digital canner, but we do have the Ball Fresh Tech Jam and Jelly maker.
It's also small batches, and it both heats and stirs the product.
Depending on what we are making, some things go into the freezer instead of the water bath.
When we are using the Jam and Jelly Maker, we scale down the size of the water bath to reflect that we are only making a small batch of 8 ounce jars.
We have no experience at all in pressure canning as our garden's size hasn't made it a requirement.
I looked at the specs for your device and that is neat.
Lucky you!
