Weekend Steam: 1883 Triple Expansion Torpedo Boat Engine!

That is really neat, and it also includes the condenser.
Steam propulsion on ships never throws away steam.
The small tubes you can see in the condenser have sea water pumped through them, and the steam is condensed and then the water makes its way back through the system to the boiler.
