Iowa Tornado: Wellman, Kalona Area

This video was posted by MidwestStormChasing, and it is dramatic.

This video was shot near Sigourney, west of Wellman, so this may be the same tornado. VIdeo by Storm Chaser Vince Waelti.

These missed us, thankfully.
We and the neighbors have debris and I'll walk the trees this week for any damage. I wouldn't mind a couple of box elders in the fence to come down.

Keota had an EF4 and it was probably the Sigourney one and they reportedly started in Wapello county and lasted until east of Hills. I'm guessing close to 80 or more miles on the ground.

Springtime in Iowa!
