Ruger's Auction To Benfit Homes 4 Wounded Heroes
Ruger's auction this week is a rare Number 1 rifle in .357 Magnum. This is an unusual caliber for this firearm, but it makes the gun a versatile buddy for the handloaders among us. Load it with light cast bullets and a light charge of powder, and you have a good squirrel rifle. Load it with heavy jacketed bullets and a healthy dose of 2400, and you can go out and kill hogs with it. Rifles in .357 make a good 150 yard deer rifle, and have plenty of oomph for American game, as long as you don't go after moose or caribou. Go read all about it, and loosen up those purse strings for a good cause. This rifle sells midday, Wednesday, March 12.
UPDATE! $1825!
